Taking suo moto insight of Jharkhand Judge Uttam Annand's Death, the Jharkhand High Court on Thursday coordinated the Special Investigation Team (SIT) shaped to test into the episode, to present its report on August 3. The Bench of Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad noticed accordingly: "We make it clearer that, in order to achieve the decision of the Special Investigating Team or hand it over to Central Bureau of Investigatiion (CBI) to continue the examination, this Court needs to examine the matter promptly, reasonably and proficiently, taken into consideration as well as screen the progress of the case and that we are going to post this case on the interpretation: 03.08.2021 to investigate progress."
