The Karnataka High Court informed all the Departments of the Central and State Government to file petitions, documents, pleadings, cases through the e-filing system. This practice shall commence from the first day of January 2022.
The filing can be done through portals - https://efiling.ecourts.gov.in (step-by-step guidelines are mentioned in the portal itself for smooth filing of documents)
The Supreme Court of India directed that all fresh pleadings, documents, cases made by the Government be filed through the e-filing system.
