The Delhi Court delivered an announcement on Wednesday in relation to the Delhi Police petition, calling the probe 'farcical' and most callous' in respect of a Delhi Riots case, which called it Rs 25,000 costs. Nevertheless, the Court explains that Delhi Police may not be deposited until its next hearing at the expense imposed on it by the knowledgeable Rs. 25,000 Trial Court. The Delhi police appeared on behalf of ASG Raju while the respondent, Nasir, appeared on Advocate Mehmood Pracha. As the Ld. rejected the revision and maintained the decision of the Ld. MM passed, it was contrary to laws and events, and in fact, the FIR registration would add to the load on the already overcrowded legal system. The request is read.

The Judge for Additional Sessions has also been asserted to have imposed a fee without allowing the DCP to submit its observations according to the norms of natural fairness. The appeal further says that the ASJ failed to comprehend the fact that the imposition of such costs was "not only unjustified but also uncalled-for." In this situation, however, such negative statements which may impact the destiny of the case, the trial still has to begin, and without summoning the IO concerned for a report or explanation." Nasir received a gunshot injury in the left eye during the rioting following the opening of fire on one Naresh Tyagi. He was then transported to the GTB hospital and eventually released on 20 March 2020. In the meantime, the Delhi Police have lodged an FIR for ASI Ashok on a riotous event in the town of Nasir, alleging that six more people were injured with gun shake on that date and time, besides Nasir.

"In this review, I find no merit in the petitioner and his officers who, despite having had an adequate inquiry in this respect, have grossly fail in their statutory responsibilities in this matter. This Court immediately rescinded the provisional decree of 29.10.2020." It was ordered by the Trial Court.
