The Uttarakhand High Court on Wednesday excused public interest litigation (PIL) appeal testing utilization of alarm on his vehicle by a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the State, Kunwar Pranav Singh and his relatives.

"The District Magistrate, Haridwar is coordinated to guarantee that, if the said sum isn't kept with the Uttarakhand High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund inside a time of about fourteen days, he will recuperate the said sum as unfulfilled obligations of land income," the Court noticed.
